How to Measure Sticky Stuff

Hate measuring out honey, corn syrup, and other sticky substances? Here's a hint: spray your measuring device with a coat of non-stick spray before you measure whatever you need and it will slide right out, mostly mess-free. And now you know.

I also really like my plunger style measuring cup. Not sure what it's actually called, but Alton Brown uses them all the time.... it's got a sleeve with emasurements and a tube part that goes inside. It's great for peanut butter, brown sugar, shortening, etc.

The plunger type cup is called a "Measure-All Cup" and it's sold my The Pampered Chef! I use it for all my goey measurements. You guys have the best tips on here! And all this time I've been grumbling about washing out corn syrup, honey and the likes and it was this easy! UGH! :)
