Do you ever have a week that is so completely hectic that you get to the end of it and wonder how you survived? When everything that is supposed to go right goes wrong, and everything that could go wrong does, and everyone seems to need something from you at the very same time, and you think you have a blog post all ready to go and then- whoops! You totally don't? Ya. Me neither.
But let's just for argument's sake say I did have a week like that. If that was the case then I'd definitely just give away free muffins.
The folks at Fiber One sent us some of their new muffins and they're really tasty. 4 of you get to try them out too!
Note that this is not a paid endorsement. Kate and I receive a lot of samples and choose to only write about ones we actually enjoy because we want you to always be able to trust our opinions. I honestly do really like Fiber One products so I'm happy to share the muffin love today with some of you!
You can find them in the freezer section of your local grocery store. I tried Banana Chocolate Chip and Blueberry:
They come in a pack of 4 individually wrapped muffins.
Pre-packaged baked goods aren't always my favorite so I was pleasantly surprised just by the appearance of these muffins. Don't they look homemade?
The insides didn't disappoint either. I found them to be really moist and of course they pack a good dose of Fiber in there too.
I honestly really like Fiber One products, and without revealing way too much information about myself, I'm quite the connoisseur of products high in fiber! I love their cereals too, and I always stock up on Fiber One granola bars when I'm at Costco. Fiber one also makes a boxed muffin mix that's super yummy.

I've been battling being sick lately, so it was such a happy surprise to come back to my room (after a long day of running around going to class & meetings & all sorts of activities) to find flowers on my desk! Ah, so dear.
I love muffins of all kinds especially if they are free!!
I'm happy because it's Friday!! Also, love the idea of winning this as we have become fans of the Fiber One products because of my picky daughter's need for more fiber in her diet!!
I'm not quite happy yet because I just woke up. But once I'm fully awake, I'm going to be happy about my new washer and dryer that were delivered yesterday. And then I'm going to do laundry. And probably complain about it anyway because that's what you're supposed to do. But deep down inside, I'm going to be happy about all those loads of fresh, clean clothes. Just don't tell anybody, okay?
Oh, and I LOVE muffins!

Oh I am happy for all sorts of reasons. But mostly I am happy my family is healthy! I just read the heartbreaking story of a sweet 2 year old girl who is has been fighting for her life her entire life (which sadly has only been 2 years!) and is approaching the end of her life...with only a couple months left. I am happy my boys have off of school today so we can spend it together. Sappy, yes, but that is what I'm happy about this morning.
I'm happy it's Friday and that it's March. Maybe spring will be here in MN in another month :).
I'm happy because I'm flying to Iowa today, and in the next 10 days, I'm going to see innumerable friend I haven't seen in about 6 months, get two more tattoos, and have tons of shenanigans. What's not to be excited about that?

I totally love Fiber One! I've made the boxed muffins but I've never seen the frozen ones. Can I tell you what will make me happy today instead? If I don't fall down from exhaustion crying, kicking, and screaming because I just can't go on any longer. Hee hee! I mistakenly drank one of hubby's sodas - turns out it was equivalent to two sodas. I was up well past midnight and then woke up at 3:45 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep! Now I'm starting to feel the effects and I have ALL day to go! Ugh!

Actually, any Fiber One product makes me happy! I eat a Fiber One bar or muffin (I buy the box mix and freeze them) every morning for breakfast because I kind of need the fiber :).

I could write forever just telling you about the book, but suffice to say it's something like Middle Earth meets the Sopranos. Srsly, it's awesome sauce. :) And you know it's good if HBO wants it.

dI'm happy that the snow is finally melting and I got my car fixed and back on the road. Life is great!
The thing that made me happy today was that I took a shower, cleaned my toilets and my daughter brushed my hair fora half hour. It was wonderful!

I'm happy that after 2 1/2 weeks, my furnace is getting fixed today. I'm happy that my husband has two good jobs. I'm happy that though my kids are currently sick, they are healthy! And how do I know if my contact info is or isn't in my profile? Can I just leave the code words: Pacific University? I LOVE the Fiber One granola bars (chocolate of course) and was thrilled to find them in bulk at Costco. Thanks for sharing what you think is good out there.

I'm excited that today here in Nebraska got to the 50 degree mark!! Some of you may be laughing, but we endured over 85 days with at least 1 inch of snow on the group. I blame it on Phil, you know, the groundhog? Yep, definitely his fault! :)
I am happy today, because it's Friday (date night), my husband was able to go out with my son and I, the snow is melting and it's a wonderful day. I'm also happy that fiber exists for us pregnant women who need as much as we can get!

I'm thrilled that we had sunshine on the beautiful Outer Banks of NC today--even though it was windy and cold. It was a much needed change of pace from the relentless grey skies we've experienced of late. I'm also happy that you've reviewed the Fiber One muffins and found them to be dee-lish! I can now grab a box for myself to enjoy!
I unexpectedly gained a hour and half today due to a cancellation... I love when that happens!

Hmm, something healthy that I don't have to prepare myself, right now! How can you go wrong with that?
Why am I happy today? Well, I can actually see the counter top and the dining room table after two weeks of opening boxes (still more to go in the rest of the house!) Yah, finally the possiblity of a home cooked meal after almost 3 monthes of take-out, prepared meals, and quick eat as you go type stuff (i.e. crackers, sandwiches, pickles, cheese, fresh fruit, veggies...) And last but not least the sun is shining and we now live some place where its not below ZERO!!!
I am happy because today is Friday and I get to watch my kids play basketball and soccer all week-end and enjoy the nice 50 degree weather! Oh yeah, and I get a chance to win free muffins!

I'm happy because tomorrow is my anniversary! I love FiberOne, we became big fans after trying to potty train my oldest child (LOL) and I especially love FiberOne's boxed pancake mix.
I have been shut in with 54 inches of snow.....I am happy today to get out in the sunshine, go shopping and get a hair cut.
I am really happy today because the sun is shining and it is actually a very pleasant winter day! I am also happy that my husband is coming home this weekend after being gone for almost two weeks!

I am happy because I finally have a working dishwasher! Its been weeks.
I have diverticular disease and therefore must eat *lots* of fiber to keep me out of the hospital. I love Fiber One products, but haven't tasted these yet. I'd love to give them a try (free would be a great way)!
It makes me happy to know that God is aware of me and He loves me. I could really feel Him nearby as I prayed.
I am always on the lookout for great tasting fiber things. so whether I get a coupon or not I will try these muffins.

I'm happy I finaly get som help from friends and family fixing the my administrative things in life after getting hit by a car and getting a bad head injury. The administrative things being such as contating the lawyer, speaking to the genator to get a new set of keys, fixing things with my old school and the gowernent who blame me for their mistakes, just to mention a bit. Not being able to do all of the stuff myself I can atleast practise my cooking and exercise, which keeps me controlling my psd(posttraumatic-stress- disorder) which makes me feakout because of the smallest things. And today it's saturday. I'm going to spend a quiet day with my bf, walking around and relax.

I'm really happy today because I went up to my dad's house around noon and torn down two rotted panels in his fence, and then completely rebuilt them. There are more panels to tear out on another day, but I got a good start.
By the way, I love your blog, and I read every new post. You two are doing a great job.
