I love rolled cheese with prociutto! Cream cheese and Parmesan are my favorite…cream cheese with jam and chopped walnuts, cream cheese with jalapenos, melted cream cheese makes a great white sauce too! Shaved Parm on my salad…Cant live without cheese! I cook with it everyday!

Fave cheese is actually parmesan…yum. And as a side note, my hubby is Brazilian and awhile ago I found a pao de queijo recipe that was pretty good, but when I read your post, I loved the simplicity of the recipe so I tried it tonight (sorry for the run on sentence…). Anyway, delish and we loved how light and fluffy it turned out! Thanks for sharing, this will be our new stable recipe for pao de queijo!!

Truthfully I’ve never met a cheese I didn’t like, but if forced to name a favorite I’d have to say Colby, and mozzarella, and asiago, and cheddar, and brie, and… the power of cheese!
We have cheese in our meals as often as possible but for a straight cheese and crackers cheese I like a one I can only get at Whole Foods. It’s name escapes me now but it is an English cheese that has a creamy texture with herbs in the cheese. Oh is it good.

Not much of a cheese-monger but two weeks ago I had the darndest the bestest cheese in my life from a little roadside stand in the middle of no-where. My guess is maybe it was goat cheese since it probably came from their farm. No idea. but wow – I could eat a kilo of it no problem, and so could my kids. And we did. yum.

Seriously? I have to pick a favorite? I just love cheese. Sharp cheddar is fantastic on crackers. I love melted Swiss on sandwiches. Camembert and Bree are perfect for a light weekend lunch. Feta goes with everything, doesn’t it? And the bag of shredded cheese that says Mexican blend is a must for taco, quesadillas and enchiladas. I’ll stop now…thanks for the great giveaway!
