Happy Memorial Day! We’re taking the day off to hang with our families, and hopefully you are all doing the same! If you need something super quick, easy, and patriotic, check out this post with some really fast ways to make some festive treats. You can make some of those things, like these cute ice cream sandwhich pops, in less than 10 minutes!
Here’s the link to our Independance Day archives, where you’ll find lots of red, white, and blue, like these quick and easy Patriotic Punch (that naturally layers like that!)
and some fun printables, like these!
Lastly, don’t forget the Grill section if you’re looking for something delish to toss on that grill, like baby back ribs, the Perfect Steak, or Grilled Corn on the Cob.
Enjoy your day, and take time out of the festivities to have a moment of respect, whether simply in thought, or a heartfelt prayer, for what- and more importantly WHO, this day represents.
That red white and blue punch looks amazing! I need to go see how to do that!
Cute ideas, but I think they are more appropriate for the 4th of July or Veteran’s Day. We attended a Memorial Day Service and a Gold Star Mother’s words just struck me. Memorial Day is not a day to celebrate. It’s not a Happy Memorial Day. It’s a day to remember those who didn’t make it back to celebrate Veteran’s Day.
