So weird that you did this post on Monday. Sunday I was watching something on TV and in the show a person made a reference to being a stay at home mom and wanting to do things like make snickerdoodle cookies. It then occured to me that I don’t even know how to make them. I then started to feel guilty because I don’t know how to make them and feel like my kids are missing out on life and what a horrible mom I am. Monday morning I went to your blog to do a search and the first post was this recipe. I did not even have to do a recipe search. So thank you for making me feel like a good mom because know I can make snickerdoodle’s for my kids.

This sounds delish. Right up my family’s alley. Do you just squeeze the lime juice on at the end right before you serve it? By the way, I’m such a fresh citrus junkie now thanks to you guys! I cringe whenever someone pulls out the bottled stuff!

I own a cafe on the lake in Malawi in a dive centre, and I was sat bored stiff on Saturday..so I decided to fill my time by baking these fprtune cookies… at first I was regretting it.. but on my second lot, I decided (since I had no baking paper – v.difficult to get things here) that I would use the bottom of my silicon muffin pan… they turned out awesome, though you have to work quick so they dont go crisp… and the divers have been loving a free novel fortune cookie during their surface interval.. Love this website! xx

I didn’t see my post ( I left links) and so I am entering just the quotes. I went back and looked again, and still can’t choose just one. I LOVE the “Home is where love resides, memories are created, friends are always welcome and families are forever” quote. It would look awesome on my entry way wall! But I also adore the Dad’s BBQ sign. It would look great by the BBQ Smoker out back!

Anything Mexican-ish–tacos, enchiladas, burritos, etc. we had chicken tacos made with the Taco Chicken here on the blog (I’d link it, but I’m on my phone) and beans.

This looks delicious. I love Tex Mex, but don’t live anywhere near Tex Mex country. What would you serve with this to complete the meal? I want to try it sometime soon!
